Going out to a bar or perusing the aisle at a supermarket can sometimes be a daunting task. There are so many beers to choose from, and especially when you’re out for drinks, a wrong choice can be costly to your wallet. While here at Tucson Brew Safari we’re just starting our series on locally available drinks to choose from, those over at Beer Viz already did some heavy lifting to help you out.

Dogfish Head 90 minute

The site created a really interesting infographic that will help you find that exact flavor you were searching for. Unfortunately, most of the recommendations are difficult to find here in Tucson, but it’s still a great interactive chart nonetheless.

Personally, I went with preference of “medium” beers which contained some of my favorites like the Dogfish Head IPA’s (60, 90 and 120 Minutes are all good), several Stone choices (including the Ruination) and a couple Pumpkin ales (which I’m a sucker for). Beer Viz did some great work, and some of these will be available at your local supermarkets and liquor stores – or, more likely, your Whole Foods, Sprouts and Total Wines.
